Core Assembly Integration & Testing (AIT) Activities

Oak Defense conducts the following four key AIT activities:

1. Spacecraft Preparations

Preparing the spacecraft for integration and testing processes, including subsystems preparation and setup.

2. Propulsion System, Payload Integration & Testing

Integrating and testing propulsion systems and payloads onto the spacecraft, ensuring proper functionality and compatibility.

3. Assembled Mode Integrated Spacecraft Tests (IST)

Conducting integrated spacecraft tests in assembled mode to verify overall functionality and performance.

Thermo Vacuum, Acoustic, Vibration, EMI/EMC Tests: Performing a series of environmental tests, including Thermo Vacuum tests to simulate space conditions, Acoustic tests for sound vibrations, Vibration tests for mechanical stress, and EMI/EMC tests for electromagnetic interference and compatibility.
